The Benelli may not be worth the price after having seen it compared side by side with less expensive shotguns. It was good, but it didn’t seem to offer a significant enough advantage to justify the massive cost difference.
If price is a major factor, the 870 and the M2000 would be my top choices…they wouldn’t take much work to get operating at a high level of performance that’s comparable with the Benelli.
However, the BHM2 was definitely still the best performing shotgun if price is not a major factor.
M1 Open required some practice but was amazing when I got used to it.

Thought the Benelli would give a significantly better shooting experience than all other shotguns tested.
It was somewhat better, but not by nearly as much as I expected.
However, the BHM2 was still the best of all of the shotguns
The M2000 would be my choice if price was a major factor in the decision.
The C2 was my least favorite.
